Flexible and Non-Flexible Cancellation Policies for Direct Bookings:
ANCHOR MOTEL NOOSA POLICIES
Anchor Motel Policies vary by season. Please read further for seasonal policies.
LOW SEASON POLICY:
You can cancel for free up until 2pm the day before your scheduled arrival. For example, if you are booked in for a Saturday night, you must cancel by 2pm on Friday to avoid a charge. The full accommodation charge will be charged to your designated credit card supplied to us from 2pm the day before your arrival, at which time the booking becomes non-refundable
HIGH SEASON CHRISTMAS and EASTER, 7 Days 100%
A non-refundable 100% deposit of the full accommodation price will be taken 7 days before the arrival date. The full accommodation charge will be charged to the credit card you provided, at which point the booking will become non-refundable.
NOOSA TRIATHLON 14 Days 100%
A non-refundable 100% deposit of the full accommodation price will be taken 14 days before the arrival date. The full accommodation charge will be charged to the credit card you provided, at which point the booking will become non-refundable.
NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY:
Our Non-Refundable policy is: Full payment for the entire booking will be processed to the credit card supplied at the time of booking, at which time the booking becomes non-refundable.
Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for early departure.
In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged the full amount of the accommodation booking.
