Flexible and Non-Flexible Cancellation Policies for Direct Bookings:

Flexible Low Season Policy, Non-Refundable Policy and Non-Flexible High Season Cancellation Policy for Direct Bookings:


Please read further for policies:

 

FLEXIBLE LOW SEASON POLICY:

24-hour policy for all Low Season bookings.

It is free to cancel Low Season bookings up until 2 pm the day before your scheduled arrival. For example, if you are booked in for a Saturday night, then you must cancel by 2 pm on Friday to avoid a charge.

The full accommodation charge will be processed from 2 pm the day before arrival on the designated credit card supplied to us.


NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY:

Our Non-Refundable policy is: Full payment of the whole booking will be processed on your designated credit card supplied to us at the time of booking, at which time the booking becomes totally non-refundable.


NON-FLEXIBLE HIGH SEASON POLICY: CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR SEASON (20 December 2024 to 12 January 2025), EASTER (18 April to 20 April 2025) AND THE NOOSA TRIATHLON (31 October to 3 November 2025) - 14 Days 100% Deposit

 A non-refundable deposit of 100% of the accommodation will be taken 14 days before your arrival date for High Season bookings. The full accommodation charge will be processed on your designated credit card supplied to us, at which time the booking becomes non-refundable.


Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for early departure once you have checked in with us.


In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged the full amount of the accommodation booking.
